Delete your Storyboard account

Storyboard (com.nextlt.storyboard), published by Next Layer Technology. You can delete your account and associated data at any time, using either method below.
In the app
- Open Storyboard and go to Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
By email request
Email support@nextlayertechnology.net with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address associated with your Storyboard account. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email, photo), location history, board items you created (notes, photos, voice recordings, stickers), calendar events, meals, chores, reminders, health and care entries you created, reactions, and push notification tokens.
Retention
Deletion from production systems is immediate (in-app) or within 30 days (email request). Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
Note for family groups
When you delete your account, content created by other family members remains. If you're the sole member of a family group, that group and its shared content are also removed.
